Everyone has questions, here are the answers to a few common ones:

What are your rates?

Our rates will depend on which service or package you choose with Leave It To Leslie.  Are you having a weekly or bi-weekly light clean? Are you choosing a deep detailed clean? How big is your home? Do you wish to have something specific scrubbed down?  Your answers to these questions will be how we cost out your cleaning.

What areas/towns do you service? 

Leave it to Leslie currently services West Kelowna and Westbank , British Columbia. 

Are you Bonded & Insured?

Excellent question! It's very important to ask this question of any service company that may be doing work in and around your home. To answer your question: YES, Leave It To Leslie is fully bonded and insured and all staff have criminal checks.

What is a Weekly or Bi-Weekly Visit?

A weekly or bi-weekly visit consists of kitchen (fronts of appliances, inside of microwave, counters, sinks, trash disposal), washrooms (sinks, tub, toilet, shower, mirrors & trash bins), dusting, vacuuming & mopping of all floors.

While doing our weekly or bi-weekly visit, we will be happy to perform additional services such as dishwashing, laundry, linen changes, etc.  Again, these things need to be prearranged prior to the visit, as the team will need additional time.

What is a Deep Clean?

A deep clean is a personalized detail cleaning which consists of a basic clean plus any specific job you want done.  If you wish, Leslie will personally come visit your home and go over, in detail with you what areas you would like to have completed.  You may wish you have an entire room scrubbed from top to bottom, or have the cleaning team focus on certain items in the room like carpets, baseboards, ceiling fans, etc.  We will customize our clean to suit your needs.

We are happy to perform additional services during our deep clean, such as extra dishwashing, laundry, linen changes, fridge and oven cleaning, inside window washing and any other spring cleaning service.  These things need to be prearranged prior to the visit, as the team will need additional time.

How do you accept payment?

Payment by cash or etransfer is preferred. After your home's first clean, we will leave behind a business card with email address for etransfer.

Do you bring your own supplies?

We provide all product and supplies needed to get the job done. We use our own natural cleaners for zero waste and clean environmentally-conscious results.

What happens if I’m away?

All good! In fact, it is preferred. We know how busy life gets...that's why you Leave it to Leslie! We simply need entry and exit instructions, a key, garage or door code, etc. 

Are animals ok in the home?

They sure are!

What do I need to do before the cleaners arrive?

Provide access to your home, and be sure to keep any pets where they won’t interfere with access or cleaning (or try to make a break for freedom!). Don't feel pressured to clean before we do!

What is your cancellation policy?

Once your home is on our schedule, we require a 48-hour cancellation notice, with receipt of the notice confirmed by our office  (either by telephone or e-mail).  

All clients must read and agree to our terms of service before we begin work in your home.

Once we have cleaned your home, we are sure you will become another satisfied customer.

We do it all! Pricing for these types of cleans are more dependent upon the specific job vs an hourly rate. Please inquire for pricing.
